Before you go to sleep, take a moment to lie down on your back and place a book on your stomach. Breathe and think about having the book go up as you inhale and when you exhale, the book should move down. Take a few minutes to continue to breathe this way. The next step is to breathe that way when you stand up or when you're sitting down.
